the Empowered Women in Trades (EWIT) community fosters prosperity across Australian economy.

EWIT connects trades industry stakeholders and educators with the shared mission to increase diversity for skilled trade positions and apprenticeships across Australia. We partner with organisations who want to make a difference and support diversity.

EWIT inspires women to consider trades as an exciting and viable career pathway. We do this by creating and sharing a supportive network with a fruitful and prosperous relationship for individuals and industry to thrive.

We collaborate, empower and foster great workplace cultures for tradespeople across skilled trades industries in construction, manufacturing, mining, automotive, aviation, defence and telecommunications and the small business
sector.

Our partnership program unites like-minded organisations who share the common goal of supporting people within skilled trade industries to succeed.

This program allows EWIT members and EWIT partners to benefit through special offers. This is a value-based program that provides a range of products and services across Australia.
