Tina Wyer, Chairperson

Tina has over 23 years of experience, holding several C-suite roles, responsible for driving major change and transformation agendas across both the business and technology domains. Her international experience working in the US, Australia, and Singapore has provided a unique perspective of the business functions, regulatory, controls, and opportunity landscape across diverse disciplines, geographies, and cultures.

Tina has recently founded her own company Unbeatable You, with the vision to provide career inspiration, guidance, motivation, and advice to the talent of the future – working with high schools, universities, and corporations, as part of their graduate recruiting programs and broader leader talent initiatives.

Leanne Elich, Director

Leanne Elich is an award-winning Psychology driven Business Strategist, creator of the Business Mastermind Program, and Author of Solving the Sales Equation.

She is one of Australasia’s most successful Medical Technology Business Executives and a leading expert in high-performance leadership teams with over 25 years’ global experience in both clinical and corporate environments.
A graduate of the University of Sydney, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Medical School, Leanne is a sought-after expert in bridging the gap between science and business.

For over 20 years, Leanne has studied and observed the intersection of behavioral science and psychology in business and teaches individuals and teams how to think differently, create value, and set pathways for industry leadership.
Leanne regularly contributes to both local and national media outlets including ABC radio and the Sydney Morning Herald. Leanne is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Honorary Clinical Fellow at the Queensland University of Technology, an international Keynote speaker, and Women in Leadership Advisor.

Hacia Atherton, Director

Hacia Atherton is an industry thought leader who is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with 15 years of experience in the finance, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Hacia is an active member of CPA Australia, being appointed the Deputy Chairwomen of their Emerging Leaders Network Committee and was awarded the Victorian President’s award of Excellence – Emerging Leader. Hacia has also been accepted into the University of Melbourne’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology, commencing in 2022.

Hacia’s family has a long history with trades in Australia dating back to before federation with her Great Great Grandfather being one of the founding contractors of the Master Plumbers Association in 1891.

After a horrific horse accident in 2017 almost took her ability to walk away forever, Hacia developed a passion to inspire people to see their remarkable potential, whilst connecting them with their courage so they can overcome any challenge and turn their dreams into reality.

Hacia’s work has led to her being recognized by The NYC Journal as one of the Top 30 Women Disruptors To Look Out For In 2021 and The Disruptors Magazine as one of the Top 30 Inspiring Women To Look Out For in 2022.

Akash Saraf, Director

Akash is an experienced Audit professional with over 10+ years of demonstrated history of working in the accounting and audit industry. He is currently an Audit Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with significant local and international experience in financial reporting matters and corporate governance of various public and private companies with a primary focus on the Technology, Retail, and Manufacturing Industry.

Natalie Lasek, Director

Natalie is a commercial and intellectual property lawyer with over 10 years of experience helping her clients to achieve their business goals.

Natalie’s broad client base extends from small-scale start-ups to ASX-listed companies. She has a strong track record of success, having helped clients with structuring and commercial contracts, negotiating brand and sponsorship deals, and protecting their intellectual property.

Previously a partner of a boutique law firm in Melbourne, Natalie has recently founded her own business. She is committed to providing practical and commercial legal advice, and is passionate about helping women to achieve their goals.

Cameron Skews, Director

Cameron has more than 20 years experience in senior executive roles across numerous industries including professional membership associations, insurance, IT, and not-for-profits.

Most recently Cameron has spent the last eight years consulting on communications and business strategy to clients in government, IT, HR, Law, professional associations and utilities. He is an award-winning innovator with deep experience assisting organisations to plan and execute their visions for the future.

Cameron is also a Non-Executive Director of Impact for Women, an organisation dedicated to assisting women and children who have escaped domestic violence.
